New York City Honeymoon Session | Louise + Nicolas

I’m so excited to be sharing Louise and Nicolas’ NYC honeymoon session on the blog! Who says you have to stop taking photos once the wedding is over? These two were such a fun couple to hang out with, and if you’re thinking of having a honeymoon session, let this be your sign. 

Louise & Nicolas’ Honeymoon Session in New York City

My favorite type of couples are ones who are fun, down-to-earth, easygoing, and full of life! This is exactly how I would describe Louise and Nicolas, as we had the time of our lives running around NYC together. These two have a passion for traveling the world (think: getting engaged in Melbourne and celebrating birthdays in Tokyo) and their adventurous spirit definitely shone through during our session. In fact, they even incorporated an NYC theme into their wedding! Louise mentioned that her two favorite places in the world are Glasglow, Scotland (where they’re originally from - and yes, Nic wore his traditional kilt!) and New York City, so it only made sense for them to honeymoon in the Big Apple. 

Luckily for me, they also wanted to find an NYC photographer to take their honeymoon photos! I was ecstatic when I received their inquiry and couldn’t wait to meet them in person. They dressed up in their original wedding attire and we spent the most beautiful day roaming the streets of Chinatown. To top it all off, here’s what Louise had to say about our time together: 

"Nathalie was amazing from start to finish! Nic was a little nervous about the photo session but when we met Nathalie I could just tell he felt relaxed and was enjoying himself. At the end of the honeymoon he even said it was one his favourite things we had done on the trip. When we met Nathalie she had a whole route planned to get as many of the pictures in different locations as possible. We went on the subway, were in pizza shops, bars, and shops. She really thought of it all to make the most out of our session. She was so fun to work with and the photos are incredible. We had the best honeymoon and we are so glad we have her amazing photos to remember it."
