THE CHAPEL AT SANDY HOOK WEDDING: ERI & DAVID

Eri and David’s wedding day began at a hotel about 30 minutes away from where they were set to officially celebrate their marriage. Full transparency, they had an intimate wedding ceremony in 2021 but wanted to make it official among their friends and family. To keep things simple and easier to remember, they go married on the same day just one year later! Smart. Sandy Hook Chapel is a NJ Wedding Venue located in Monmouth County in the town of Atlantic Highlands, NJ. A historic landmark that dates from 1941, the chapel is found on a barrier beach peninsula at the tip of the Jersey Shore. I had never even heard of this location but that’s one of the perks of being in this business, it's always a treat to discover new places whenever a new couple reaches out. The location is beautiful, calming, and truly sets the tone for the day. Cocktail hour typically takes place next to the chapel overlooking the bay before heading to the tented reception. Lots of beautiful photo opportunities the couple will love as much as the guests.
